2 • Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is, on the one hand, to inform any buyer of the terms and conditions under which the seller sells and delivers the products ordered, and on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales by De Fleurs en Délices of the products offered on its website www.defleursendelices.com

3 • Price regulation
Payment of the full price must be made when ordering by the Buyer.
The full amount of the order will be collected by De Fleurs en Délices when the order is dispatched.
All orders are payable in euros.

4 • Formation of the contract and orders
4.1 - Price
The sale prices of the products online on the website www.defleursendelices.com, indicated in Euros, are those in force at the time of registration of the order form by the Purchaser.
They do not include participation in shipping costs invoiced in addition.
Prices include value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. The selling prices of the products can be modified by De Fleurs en Délices at any time. This modification will be notified to the Buyer before any order.
4.2 - Product characteristics - Availability

The Buyer's order must be confirmed by De Fleurs en Délices, by email.
The sale will not be considered final until the Purchaser has sent the confirmation of the order by De Fleurs en Délices and the latter has received the full price.
5 • Shipping and receiving
5.1 - General rules
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the order form.
If the delivery address is the same as the buyer's address, the invoice will be attached to the package (on the top or inside the package).
If the delivery address is different from the buyer's address, the invoice will be sent by separate mail to the buyer.
In the event of a temporary break, we undertake to contact us by email or telephone for an exchange with another product or its reimbursement. The latter will be free to accept partial delivery of the goods or to cancel the order on request.
All orders are shipped by Colissimo.
Failure to comply with the procedures set out below, no claim from the Purchaser will be accepted.
5.2 - Characteristics of the Colissimo system
The Buyer is delivered to the place indicated when ordering by his postman. In the event of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered product receives a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the ordered products, at the nearest post office, for a period of fifteen days.
The Purchaser is required to check, in the presence of the postman or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery.
In the event that the Buyer has any doubts of any kind whatsoever about the condition or content of his package, he is required:
- to apply the Colissimo procedure (in particular to report the damage due, all complaints and reservations) and to refuse the goods by immediately issuing a report of anomaly to the post office employee (finding 170).
- to report these incidents to De Fleurs en Délices as soon as possible.
5.3 - Deadlines
The indicative average delivery time for a Colissimo from the De Fleurs en Délices store is 48 hours for French territory.
6 • Quality or compliance disputes
In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the Purchaser must make his complaint within 7 days of signing the distribution slip.
Complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated in paragraph 1 hereof, and must include:
• the contact details of the Purchaser.
• the precise references of the product.
• the grounds for the complaint (clearly and in detail).
Products must be returned within 14 working days of the allocation of a return number by De Fleurs en Délices customer service.
Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned to De Fleurs en Délices in its original condition and packaging.
Any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
De Fleurs en Délices will not accept any return of products and will not proceed to any exchange or refund outside of this procedure.

7 • Availability
In the event of a temporary break, we undertake to make contact by email or telephone for an exchange with another product or its reimbursement.
8 • Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt, to return, at his own expense, the products ordered, for reimbursement.
The products must be returned to De Fleurs en Délices (at the address indicated in paragraph 1), in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition and packaging. They will be accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

9 • Retention of title

12 • Partial invalidity
