OUR HISTORY
ARLYNE, CREATOR OF DELIGHTS
My great-great-grandmother Irma, a grocer by trade, started making wafers for our soldiers during the war and put a little rum in them when she could to give them a moment of pleasure.
My grandmother, having collected the receipts, made me very often wafers for my snack.
I am pleased to have had all of his recipes and to share them with you in different flavors.
I chose in particular the poppy in memory of my family because it is the first flower that came out after the bombings.
